2. Purpose of DesignLive Studio

DesignLive Studio presents DesignLive technology, AI-assisted design solutions, demonstrations, partnership opportunities and related business services. Information presented on this website does not by itself create a contractual relationship unless a specific offer, order or agreement expressly provides otherwise.

3. Demonstrations and Availability

Demonstrations, previews and descriptions may represent current or planned capabilities. Features may be improved, changed, replaced or discontinued as the technology develops. Specific commercial functionality, service levels and deliverables are governed by the applicable offer or agreement.

4. AI-Assisted Output

AI-assisted systems can produce varying results. Users and business customers remain responsible for reviewing generated or edited content before publication, printing, distribution or other commercial use, including names, prices, contact information, claims, images and other material requiring factual or legal accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

DesignLive software, branding, interfaces, documentation, website content and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely by accessing this website or a demonstration.

6. Acceptable Use

DesignLive services must not be used unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights, to interfere with service operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to distribute content that the user has no lawful right to use.

7. Third-Party Rights and Customer Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they provide or choose to use, including logos, photographs, trademarks, text and other assets, may lawfully be used for the intended purpose.

8. Commercial Agreements

Pricing, subscriptions, usage allowances, API or embedding rights, white-label rights, support, service levels and other commercial conditions are governed by the specific plan, order, proposal or agreement applicable to the customer.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Subject to applicable law and any specific commercial agreement, DesignLive Studio is provided without a guarantee that every generated result will be suitable for every intended purpose.

10. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law or a specific agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to our services, commercial model or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page.
