How commercial payment arrangements relating to DesignLive Studio are communicated.

1. No Direct Studio Checkout

DesignLive Studio currently presents technology, demonstrations and business partnership opportunities and does not currently operate a direct payment checkout on this Studio website.

2. Commercial Offers

Where DesignLive services are offered commercially, the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing period, usage allowance and payment conditions will be communicated before an order or agreement is concluded.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If a service is supplied on a subscription basis, the applicable plan or agreement will state the billing frequency, renewal conditions and available cancellation or plan-change options.

4. B2B Integrations

Embedding, API, white-label, customization, setup and enterprise services may be subject to individually agreed pricing and payment terms depending on scope, usage and technical requirements.

5. Taxes

6. Payment Providers

Where an external payment provider is used for a particular DesignLive service, the relevant payment interface and transaction information will identify the available payment methods and any provider-specific terms that apply.
