Information concerning refunds for DesignLive Studio business services.

1. Current Studio Website

DesignLive Studio currently functions as a business information, demonstration and partnership website. The Studio website itself does not currently provide a direct checkout through which a visitor purchases a paid Studio service.

2. Paid Services

Where a paid DesignLive service, subscription, integration, setup or other commercial service is offered, the applicable price, billing terms, cancellation conditions and any refund rights will be stated in the relevant plan, checkout, proposal, order form or agreement.

3. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

4. Business Agreements

B2B integration, embedding, API, white-label, customization or other individually agreed services may involve work performed specifically for the customer. Refund and cancellation conditions for such services are governed by the relevant commercial agreement.
